Metro Atlanta Grants, Programs & Incentives
EnergyWise Home Performance connects Metro Atlanta homeowners, property investors, and community stakeholders with information about available housing rehabilitation programs, energy-efficiency incentives, and financial assistance resources.
Federal, state, and local programs may provide qualifying applicants with grants, rebates, tax credits, or financing opportunities for eligible property improvements. Availability depends on program funding, location, income qualifications, property conditions, and other eligibility requirements.
Our goal is to make these resources easier to understand and access while helping property owners make informed decisions about improving their homes. EnergyWise does not administer government funding or guarantee program approval. All opportunities should be verified directly with the responsible agency or program administrator.
